civil liberties, custodial excesses, administrative overreaches, or constitutional guarantees.
Draft Case Details
Collect exact dates, name of victim,
state/district, details of accused authority, and a clear sequence of events.
Submit Online or Mail

case digitally or print and mail the grievance file to our National Secretariat in New Delhi.

When filing grievances, accuracy and detail are critical. Review these example templates to ensure your
submission compiles perfectly with legal standards:
- Be
Specific: Avoid generalized statements. Write: "On May 24, 2026, at 10 AM, accused
officer X refused to log our Zero FIR at Y station..." instead of "Police
misbehaved."
