Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, Humanity Kitchen emerged as one of NHRO's most significant humanitarian initiatives. What began with the distribution of nutritious meals to families waiting outside hospitals evolved into a large-scale community support effort involving volunteers, residential communities, and institutional partners.
